This is a picture of the giant dome at Epcot, Disney. It is also known as Spaceship Earth because there is a ride inside. The project was presented by Walt Disney Imagineering and later was finished by Simpson Gumpertz & Heger Inc. It was opened to the public on October 1, 1982, and it is incredible. The ride is a dark ride and it goes really fast. You don't know when you're going to turn and it really scares you. Then at night, it puts on a light show like you see in the picture. It sometimes even makes a Disney character out of the lights!
