摄影作品 1.摄影作品可采用相机或手机进行摄影创作,作品围绕“璀璨文化 花开五洲”(The Beauty of Cultural Diversity)主题进行拍摄创作,摄影参赛作品彩色、黑白均可。需在电子文件上注明标题、作者及联系方式。 2.作品一律提交电子档,单幅(组)照片规格原则上不小于1MB,JPG格式,参赛者需要保留图片原始信息及原始文件,以备查证,一经入选,作品需提供原片。不得对照片进行不符合自然规律的加工。 3.围绕主题,题材不限。作品必须附不少于30字的文字说明(中英文皆可),阐述以“璀璨文化 花开五洲”为主题的创作缘由。 短视频作品 1.短视频作品可采用相机或手机进行摄像创作,作品围绕“璀璨文化 花开五洲”主题进行拍摄创作,形式不限,可由作者根据创作需求进行相应剪辑,作品时长不得超过3分钟。中、英文之外的非通用语种作品,需添加中文或英文字幕。 2.作品一律提交电子档,视频分辨率原则上不小于720P,MP4格式,需在电子文件上注明标题、作者及联系方式。参赛者需要保留视频原始素材及原始文件,以备查证,一经入选,作品需提供原始素材。 3.围绕主题,题材不限。作品必须附不少于30字的文字说明(中英文皆可),阐述以“璀璨文化 花开五洲”为主题的创作缘由。 4.短视频内展示的所有素材,均需以原创为基本原则,若涉及相应版权问题,将由视频创作者自行承担负责。短视频的拍摄、剪辑均须由参赛选手独立完成。
备注: 1.所有作品要求积极向上,每份参赛作品务必填写好报名表(作品说明可在报名表上填写)。作品一律不退,主办方拥有对所有作品包括获奖作品的编辑出版发行权。 2.本届大赛创作范围可包括全世界。 3.欢迎参赛选手提供有关创作过程及采风的微视频,可酌情加分。

Photography
1. Entries can be created by cameras or mobile phones and should be relevant with the theme of “The Beauty of Cultural Diversity”. Entries can be in color or black and white. It’s recommended that each entry be labeled with title, author, and contact information. 2. Only digital photos submitted via e-mail will be accepted. Each entry must be in JPG format and the file size should be no less than 1MB. The raw data files should be kept for verification as finalists must submit the RAW or original camera files by request. Digital manipulation should not distort the integrity of the subject. 3. You may focus on any content relevant with the theme. A description of no less than 50 words (or 30 Chinese characters) either in English or Chinese is required to explain your thoughts behind the photo.
Short Video 1. Entries can be created by cameras or mobile phones and should be relevant with the theme of “The Beauty of Cultural Diversity”. The author may edit the video according to needs. No entry shall be longer than 3 minutes. Videos done in languages other than Chinese or English should provide subtitles in Chinese or English. 2. Only short-video files submitted via e-mail will be accepted. The minimal requirement for resolution is 720P and short videos submitted should be in MP4 format. It’s recommended that each entry be labeled with title, author, and contact information. The original videos and raw data files should be kept for verification as finalists must submit the RAW or original camera files by request. 3. You should write at least 50 words in your native language/English (or 30 Chinese characters) about what inspires you to create the piece or why you think your entry is relevant to the theme of the Competition. 4. All components of short video, such as images or video clips should be original. The creator should be liable for any copyright issues. The filming and editing of video must be independently done by the author(s).
Note: 1. Entries should have a positive theme, and the application form must be enclosed with the entries (the entry description can be written in the application form). Entries will not be returned, and the organizer has the right to edit and publish all works includingwinner’s work. 2. The contest welcomes participants from worldwide. You may focus on any content relevant with the theme. 3. Contestants are welcome to provide short videos or video clips related to the creation process. Extra points can be considered accordingly.
